Reason for choice:

I got to see Dear SD Kira and Nana at the LA Tea Party. I actually really loved DSD Kira's "default" pink and blonde look, but I can't imagine my Aisling looking like that. I wasn't a fan of the 4 Sisters head but on the DSD body it's very cute. I liked Kira's makeup just a little more than I did Nana's, so Kira is the one I entered for.

Best Points:

Easy to pose and it seems the DSD body can use SD girl shoes and some clothes. It is a surprisingly "cuddly" doll; it is sturdy but not overly heavy.

Worst Points:

The DSD body doesn't use the One-Touch system for changing hands and feet. The hands/feet are on a loop of thread that hooks onto a little s-hook the elastic in the arm/leg.

An Aisling is a type of poem but the name also means dream or vision. No one knew if Volks would bring a Dear SD lottery to the USA and then they did. I didn't think I'd win and then I did! Dream come true, lol!
