Reason for choice:

The head was free. I only had to pay EMS shipping costs, so that was definitely a factor. He easily fit the character though, and I've been watching for a body to suit him. When Mirodoll came out with their 66cm body, I decided that was the right one!

Best Points:

He stands great. He's also the first face up that I used acrylic paint for the eyebrows and I'm happy with the way that came out.

Worst Points:

Okay, I said he stands great, but he isn't as steady as some of my other dolls. If he's not posed just right, his knees may buckle and give out. I plan to hot glue suede him, and I expect that will help a lot.

Wig:

White from Taobao. I plan to dye this one better than I dyed the last one. (Wish me luck)

Alinash Brightblaze was raised by a streetwalker named Syrina in the slums of central Naren's largest city, Kingsfall. Syrina was one of the "nameless", and as such, she never took Alinash to be officially named after she found him as a young child wandering the slums alone, thus making him "nameless" as well. Unable to enroll in school, like many of the children in the slum, Alinash learned what he could, where he could. Syrina kicked him out when he was in his early teens and he was on his own. He quickly learned to pickpocket and lift things from stalls, all while avoiding the guards. In his early 20's, he came upon a young girl who was wandering alone in the slums. He took her in, as Syrina did with him, and took to calling her his little jewel, or Ruby.

He has overheard talk of great treasure to be found in the west, past the central mountains, and yearns to go search for it himself.
