    Reason for choice:
She's such so unique and detailed, her side-glancing eyes are so characteristic and her tiny fangs just melt my heart every time.
    Best Points:
She has a very unique resin tone and gorgeous faceup. Her slender sculpt is also very elegant and her proportioned well-balanced.
Anastasia is a 19th-century doll, with a strange and disturbing history.

Anastasia's original creator and owners are a mystery. She was originally found in a locked glass display case in an attic of a wealthy elderly couple's home during a police investigation of a London house fire. Both husband and wife were found dead behind the front door, covered in heavy burns.

After further investigation, multiple bite wounds were discovered on the necks and backs of both bodies, and blood trails were traced back to the couple's beds. The source of the fire remains unknown. Police suspect a gas leak as the doors were locked from the inside, ruling out a break-in. Scratch marks and remains of fingernails were found on the inside of the front door, and both of the deceased were found with mutilated fingers.

The glass case and doll were found untouched by the fire and were transported to a police facility for further examination. Hours later, it would be discovered that the display and doll had disappeared. Police suspect theft, though after checking security footage, the evidence room was shown to be empty, with no one entering or exiting it at all.
