Anna Claire Alexander, musical prodigy, accepted a scholarship to Julliard, moved from Europe to New York at age 16. Shortly after her arrival, both of her parents were drowned in a sailing accident while attempting to sail through seas pirated by Japanese whaling ships. Her loss was so profound, that she left school, and went into a solitary year-long vow of silence. During this year, she expressed herself solely through art, playing the violin and painting. Her work has captivated the souls of the most cultivated art critics in New York, and she has just sold out her first gallery show at Agora Gallery. The theme of the event was titled "Anagnorisis". Claire is a lover of all earth animals, and in particular, Cetaceans. Claire has donated several artworks to the Sea Shepherd Org, where they work tirelessly to stop the worlds most precious creatures from being plundered to extinction. She has vowed to continue to paint the "Soul of the World" until the voices and rights of the ones we share the planet with are heard.
