Reason for choice:

Asa became my grail from the moment I found Iplehouse, but I waited until I had already ordered my first two dolls before getting her as she was a basic and not limited to a specific sales period.

Best Points:

I love her features, a stoic asian doll with the tiniest hint of a smile. I also love how she can fit any style I put her in. She can look both hard and gentle at the same time.

Worst Points:

I find that Asa's head will drop to the side sometimes if I put on wigs that are quite heavy. She is slightly loosely strung, which on occasion means she won't pose sitting unassisted.

Asa hates anything extremely girly (although I still stick her in it haha), so leather is her go to. She is usually found in tight fitting trousers and tops to show off her curves.

I never really thought of giving Asa a different name and simply kept the name she came with.

Asa has no link to the other worlds I have created for my dolls. She has a world of her own that I dabble in from time to time

Asa is an heiress to a fortune and estate that her estranged grandfather left her. He did not trust the rest of his family with the extent of his money, but left them with control of his companies knowing that it would satisfy them. He felt sad that he had known Asa growing up so tried to make amends by giving her the means to live the rest of her life comfortably. As the money has allowed Asa to give up work, essentially for life, she now has many hobbies and pastimes, including charity work.

Asa is essentially bisexual, having both a girlfriend and boyfriend at the same time. Although most would see this as a betrayal, both of Asa's significant others are very happy with the arrangement and are actually quite good friends.

The only other doll (for now until I get Daniel ) that resides in Asa's world is Cordelia from the Carved Heritage range. She is Asa's girlfriend and one of the few people that she opens up to.

Asa is sarcastic and dark humoured, but is also very gentle and protective of her loved ones.
