One of the main kids of That Aster Foxglove Thing, a strange little story involving an obsessive historian and an annoying robot as they try to stop the world from dying.

An amateur historian with no capacity for magic, Aster Foxglove is pure trouble. Just ask anyone or anything from beyond the realm. He spends most of his days either navigating the Wasted Ruins, looking for clues about how the world broke, scavenging old technology to hawk in the backstreet markets and obsessively pouring over all magical theory textbooks in his trailer.

Right up now until a robot drops from the sky one day on Aster. Annoying as all heck, they're still an extra set of hands when they decided to tag along on Aster's weird adventures out into the Wasted Ruins.

An extra set of hands that can use magic that is, and Aster might finally be one step closer to figuring out what went wrong at long long last~.

Living the wasted ruins of a broken world doesn't afford Aster that many clothing opportunities if he's completely honest but the kid makes due. He doesn't have much a fashion sense anyways, preferring just to wear whatever he likes over anything practical or useful.

Lots of loud goldy-bronze shit is his favorite though. /thumbs up

I made up randomly for another character in a rp session and I ended up loving the name so much, I made a completely new character.

He's experienced like 6 cycles but he has no solid idea on his actual age. Huzzah for amnesia. :l

Aster Foxglove is a bit of a mystery. He stumbled out of the Wasted Ruins roughly five cycles ago with no memories of his past and one goal: fixing this stupid broken world he found himself in. He's near obsessive with this mission too. Every day, he eats, breathes and lives within old books and records, trying to piece together what happened exactly. It's hard, but Aster is nothing but determined and resourceful.

He's also a bit of an ass with his blunt and tactless personality. There's only a few people that can actively stand him, and most of those people he just owes money to. Expeditions aren't cheap after all, nor is paying for adequate magical services. RIP his savings, always and forever. :'l :'l :'l
