Astrid had a scientist mother and a biologist father, she was orphaned when she was 3 years old. Her mother died in a hot air balloon crash and her father has been missing ever since. She was adopted by me and raised in my "Family of sisters." Astrid is 15 now, is nearsighted and wears glasses, she is seen tinkering with things and making unusual contraptions all the times. All the other sisters are a little weary of her because she has this habit of taking their things and breaking/altering them.
