There is a forest near a homestead that the townsfolk only speak of in whispers. Rumors, spoken in hushed tones, to be wary of trespassing. Fairies that lure you into it's depths. Goblins that kidnap your babies. An evil that swallows you whole in the night.

But there is one little girl who is not dissuaded by the rumors. She hears the forest's call, but it does not frighten her. When she is near it's edge, she feels at ease. Her connection to this magical place is deeper than she knows. She is the only one who can save it. She is the only one who can heal it's sickness that the townsfolk call, "The Terrible Darkness."
