I never thought I would get an Arashi, but when I posted a WTB on the forums someone who hadn't listed the doll for sale publicly yet contacted me in a matter of hours! In old photos I've posted this doll as Rom, who has since been re-shelled. Bebe occasionally wears a pair of Yo-Tenshi wings.

Bebe is the daughter of Rom and his longtime partner Kyu. While Bebe is only biologically related to Kyu, Rom has always been the more paternal of the pair. She calls Rom "daddy" and Kyu "Papa." Kyu is a fox spirit and the family suspects that Bebe's biological mother is an angel; with that potent mix of bloodlines, the extent or nature of powers Bebe might reveal later in life is unknown.

Like most children she catches on to more than her parents realize, and uses her innate talent for mischief to have a great deal of fun at the expense of the adults around her. She likes gymnastics, swimming, and beauty pageants, but her sticky fingers often get her in trouble when other adults catch on to the number of small treasures that go missing when she's around. Rom often has to sneak boxes of stolen items into the lost and found at her school in hopes that the other kids will get their erasers and small toys back eventually.
