She has yet to reveal her live self to the little boy - will she do it? And if so, what then?

Character Story:

Bonbon is a young stuffed fox who was gifted to Monsieur Benjamin De Bois by his big sister
<a href="Emilie's Bio:">Emilie de Bois</a>, for his 8th birthday. Ben was a solemn, withdrawn child who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 6, and therefore was not able to have for his birthday what he always used to love eating as a child - cotton candy.
Emilie, wanting to cheer her young brother up, created Bonbon for Ben - a scented, cotton candy themed plush toy of his favorite animal, a fox.

Young Benjamin loved Bonbon. He finally has a friend who was all his own!
He took her everywhere with him (in secret at school so the other boys wouldn't tease him - they teased him often enough, and Ben didn't need to give them another reason to do so), slept with her, even shared his food with her at the table.

The love her held for Bonbon slowly took the form of life energy, and every day she grew stronger until one night, she found she was able to fully walk and talk by herself, and she jumped up at once and turned to judge her sleeping owner.
Her first impulse was to wake Ben, to hug him and say hello - but another thought held her back.
Little Ben was already a strange boy; and if she revealed herself to him right now, he might become too excited and be less careful around others about her existence - she was well aware of Ben's school fellows' treatment of her master and wasn't willing to make it worse with her actions.
She must not be found out, not yet.

'No', she thought. 'One day, I'll show myself for what I am. One day, when he is ready to show himself proudly to the world himself - that day, I will join him'
