Reason for choice:

I'd always really loved the jawline on Bleu Citron (I have a thing for more angular face shapes on female dolls; they're pretty rarely seen in the bjd market!). I also really love dolls with unique expressions that you don't see often (most dolls usually have some neutral/somber faces).

I picked the body because not only is it gorgeous looking, but the 50cm size is pretty great. Also, I wanted my Bleu Citron to be a more adult-aged character, which I wouldn't have gotten the right look for with a smaller body since her head is so large.

Best Points:

Her skin color. I am so very happy that I decided to get the body in DT's/Dollshe's Pale Tan color and that the head looks amazing color matched to this color!

I also really love her molded teeth, lips, and of course her jawline. The little tongue is also pretty cool too when I don't manage to misplace it. And her hands are amazingly pretty. Her fingers are long and delicate looking. I also like her generally lanky-like body type.

Worst Points:

Her ears are ridiculously small compared to her head, so I can't really do ear piercings with her and usually feel the need to hide her ears. I also had to get a neck piece from Mint on Card for her because she was originally sculpted with just a hole that none of my s-hooks could sit on to keep the head on the body (I'm not terribly sure how the head stayed on the originally body...maybe they used a straight bar instead of hooks?). Her eye wells are also realy deep, so it can be difficult to position her eyes the way I want.

As for the body, I mainly just don't like that she. has only a joint at her hips. She also has weak knees, but I think that's just a DollsTown thing with their dolls that have the backs of their knees scooped out in order to allow the doll's legs to look more natural been bent fully for kneeling and whatnot.

Her head was originally NDL's normal skin (I think--I don't know what all skin colors they offered when they were still around, and I don't recall Heartless_Droid having the color listed on their MP thread, and if they did, I don't remember what it was). I had Shadowedforce airbrush the head to match with her pale tan body from DollsTown.
