Reason for choice:

I wanted a sweet Delf Chiwoo like everyone else seemed to have TTnTT and I got Charley.
But I love him and he is one of the favorites xD

Just recently I was able to get Charles! So... Sweet Chiwoo achievement unlocked!

I am not going to lie. I have a loyalty to Luts and I have nothing but good. They pose amazing. They look amazing. I can leave him standing and come back a few days later to him still standing.

Charles: The mirror twin and complete opposite of his brother. He is sweet and very shy. He tends to be quick to tears and prefers to play on his own if not with Charley. His intellect is stunted and he often forgets he is actually an adult.
