Chou is the eldest of three children living in the towns temple, together with her parents. She is a miko, the students council president, has a job at the local daycare for young children and tries very hard to be a good role model for her younger sisters by doing all that stuff. She has no special or magical powers but Risuko tends to say that Chous strong will and discipline are indeed supernatural traits. Chou likes morning hours, tea and fireworks. What she doesn't like is Lux since he is lazy and "a spoiled brat".
Sometimes Chou is a bit jealous of Risukos powers but she would never admit that.
