Originally, Claudio was going to be a Granado Andrew, a head I bought one month before Neptune was released. I was in love immediately when I saw him, and bought him too, knowing I could just sell whichever of the two didn't quite fit once they'd both arrived. Neptune won by a mile.

Claudio, like Pariah and Iselilja is one half of a Dual. His Dual-pair is that of Creation and Destruction, with him being the former. Claudio has the power to create anything he wants seemingly from thin air, or from the ground. He is also able to implant within people, the skills and knowledge required for them to create [specific things].

Claudio is a very quiet, unassuming person, almost shy in personality, but quite friendly and helpful. His overall appearance is scruffy and tattered. Not quite to the point of looking homeless, but perhaps more like a thrift-store enthusiast or a bit of a hippy. The large scar of his cheek is a result of his first meeting with Vagabond, his other half. Together, the pair mostly work well. Vagabond causes mayhem, and Claudio mops it all up, usually with a sigh. They have their arguments, but Claudio's calm demeanor wins out every time. He's one of the few people who can get Vagabond to just be normal for a little while. All this considered, Claudio's power is darker than it appears. He is the personification of ALL creation; the good, the bad, and the catastrophic. Most people tend to just make jokes about him being good in bed, much to his embarrassment. But it's better than people realising what he's capable of. He's just as terrifying as Vagabond.
