Collusion, full name Cassino Victor Külli, is a member of a troupe of traveling performers. He is a faerie and enjoys taking on a more "scary" appearance, to startle patrons and associates alike.
He is one of four members of the card suits, along with Elusive (who he wishes would drop dead, or that Noctis would let him kill him). Collusion takes enjoyment in cheating people out of their money, as well as their lives. He collects the missing posters of those who lose against him and spends his free time comparing his stack to Velius' over tea.
