Dean was originally Ruthie's middle name. Then I started planning for brothers, and snagged it for one of them. And then he got here and said My name is Jake (Which changed again later...)
Her working name was Key, which seems to have disappeared.
Her excitement over fancy dresses inspired a tiara that she always wears so mostly she's Princess (or as Ruthie says, "Pinsess") Deanie.
