Dr. Candy is a former pediatrician and passionate toymaker. He runs a toy shop with all his own creations which gladden the hearts of all children. He adores children very much and loves to watch them play. Dr. Candy is obsessed from the idea of creating life-like dolls, mostly as replacement because he never had own children.
His real name is Dr. Norman Graves, but all kids call him "Dr. Candy", because he always has sweets along to gift the children and make them happy. He often invites children to his toy shop, where they can play as long they enjoy. Some of them never leave the shop.
