Reason for choice:

The body was chosen first due to its size, build and flexibility; the head came later when the initial head wasn't working out, and was chosen due to the eyes and expression reminding me very much of the character

His torso tends to shift to one side, making it hard to get him to stand straight. His hand magnets are some of the "weaker" ones, and he tends to drop his hands off fairly regularly.

Ed is in the process of undergoing a full body mod for automail; his leg is nearly complete, and I will begin work on his chest and arm later this year.

Toward the end of the canon storyline of Fullmetal Alchemist, Ed was approached by a mysterious being offering him the chance to have one wish granted, in exchange for traveling to another world, sacrificing his memories, and participating in "games" to have them returned and earn the right to his wish. During his time in the caves on that world, he met a number of people from other worlds, made several friends and enemies, gained a new family member, and fell in love. His sister Razzy and lover Jace accompanied him back to his own world on their escape from the one where they'd met, creating new situations for all to deal with in Resembool.
