Name story:

Esme is named after Granny Weatherwax from the Terry Pratchett Discworld novels. She's nothing like Pratchett's Esme... but none of my dolls personalities match their namesakes at this point.

Esme is actually a human witch who accidentally shrunk herself and is stuck dealing with the consequences. She's a bit sharp and was always kind of solitary, but she eventually broke down and started making friends with the fae folk. She avoids humans entirely because she can't really explain that her stature was a magical mishap when magic is supposed to be kept secret.
