Provenance:

I am the first owner of Freya. She was purchased from the Dolls Choice option, her human head was purchased during a head event.

Reason for choice:

I find Freya's vampire appearance to be very interesting and quite adorable. Her looks change depending on her skin colour and face up, so I chose gray skin and her corresponding Addiction face up as this was the look that originally attracted me to her sculpt. When a head event provided the opportunity to also purchase her human head, I jumped at the chance.

Best Points:

I love the versitility of Lisa's sculpt that allows Freya to have different expressions depending on setting.

Worst Points:

I find Freya's arms tend to be springy and drop from position easily

I really liked the name Freya and as I heard it used on a television programme whilst looking for a name, it stuck in my head as a possibility.

Freya is an eternal child, or more precisely teen. She sees no problem with acting like a stroppy, emo teen when she likes, but reversely also acts quite happy and chipper the rest of the time. She loves to fall in love and never hides her attraction, especially recently with the addition to her inner circle of the young werewolf Bam. She doesn't even mind his crossdressing habit, although his narcissistic view of himself being cuter than any girl does grate on her nerves at times.

Freya is a demon / vampire hybrid, her human looking demon mother having been wed into the family of an aristocratic vampire of extremely high standing. Although appearing to be merely a political marriage, the pair had actually been madly in love and quickly conceived Freya's eldest brother, Leopold, followed shortly thereafter by three more boys and of course Freya. Although usually vampires born of two pure bloods are quite weak, Freya and her four siblings benefit from the strong blood of their demon mother, making them quite a bit stronger than their pure blood cousins. When changing into her vampiric state her eye colour changes green like her fathers. No one knows why this happens as it has no significant ramifications.

Freya spends a lot of time with Lisa, the current head of the family. Her strong resemblance to Lisa, means they are often mistaken to be sisters. Freya is very pleased by this as her siblings were all boys. Although they both have a fondness for Bam, Freya feels no rivalry and happily shares the attention he gives them
