Not much is known about Gremory's life, because he has never been one to talk about himself. As long as anyone has known him, he has been dedicated to helping others find their way. Demons come to him for a shoulder to cry on, and they know he understands, because he has seen their past. They come to him for advice, and they know they can trust it, because he has seen their future. Gremory does not judge, he does not take sides, he does not betray. This has made him a very popular prophet among demons.

Humans, on the other hand, have hardly interacted with Gremory at all. He only responds to their summons when he has the distinct feeling that he should, an instinct which is as close to seeing his own future as he can get. On the most recent occasion, a group of humans were under the impression that some form of sacrifice was necessary, and had offered him one of their own children. He took the boy and gave them nothing. This child grew up to be Gremory's favorite person in the world. They live a quiet life together, and Gremory has not looked into anyone's future in years. But when an old friend appears asking for help, Gremory has the distinct feeling that he should.
