Name story:

This character was always going to be a little on the crazy side, a la the super-psychotic movie bad guys. I felt like the name Hannibal (from Silence of the Lambs) kept calling me, so I stuck with it!

Hannibal is part of my Fallout fan storyline. He and his brother are the bad guys in my story - they are part of a slavery ring that runs through the northeast. He was already slightly insane to begin with, but he is also a chem-user, and prone to outbursts of violence and anger. His brother tries to keep him in check, but it doesn't always work.
