Name story:

At first I called her "Ichie", this name came from a Japanese 4-word idiom "一期一会" (Ichigo Ichie). The term is often translated as "one chance in a lifetime." The term reminds me of the very first time that I met Ichie and know what a BJD looks like. How curious I was waiting days by days for her to get home, how happy I was when I knew she was being delivered to my house. I know that I'll never feel the same again, no matter how many dolls I buy.
Her full name is Ichikawa Emi (市川恵美), which was created by separating the word "Ichie". Emi means blessing and beauty in Japanese, as she is the most beautiful girl I've met.
