He's not too big and his face sculpt is everything I could ever want.

Best Points:

Look at that nose. Is there a better resin snozz in resindom? I think not. And of course his resin colour is perfect.

Finding clothes for him is painful.

Most of Inyol's life was spent beneath the earth's surface where he was arguably his mother's most important son. He is the second of five children, all half-brothers, and the son of a famous general and tactician. Like his mother, he is an excellent tactician, but as a bard/rogue he's also a free spirit more likely to follow his curiosity or circumstances wherever they may lead.

This has meant that Inyol left the familiarity of the dark and beautiful underground world for the brash and burning light of the earth's surface. In order to fit in, he followed a circus where he appears as a sort of sideshow curiosity (dark elves are both rare and a source of terror) who occasionally performs for small sold-out groups.

Inyol's most memorable experience since arriving above ground is the development of freckles from spending time in sunlight: he initially believed he'd been exposed to a surface malady or disease.

Name story:

I came up with Inyol's name by combining syllables/sounds used for dark elven names and words in the Forgotten Realms novels featuring dark elves.

Inyol has an intimidating appearance, but he has a largely a laid-back personality. He can be incredibly engaging and compelling when he stands to gain something from it. His ability to turn his charisma up or down at will is one of the things that makes him such a mysterious character even among all the rest of the circuses many curiosities.

Inyol met Skuld when she shifted into his reality because she was drawn to the many universally pleasant associations with circuses. He found her in his changing area between getting dressed and putting on make up and promptly tried to disguise her face with powdered makeup. However, the makeup swirled over and dropped off the transparent surface of her face. So he hid her in one of his cloaks.

This protective behaviour has endeared Inyol to Skuld and she's become attached to him like one would with an older brother.

Inyol is in a clandestine relationship with Absolom, a grizzled dark elf soldier from the surface world that used to work for Inyol's mother.
