Joshua Isaac Brooks is your not so ordinary teen boy, with a high intelligence and passion for computers. He has graduated high school two years before his class and has been accepted a scollarship to a fine college where he can expand his gift. Thus he travelled to a foreng country, where he would be for the first time, away from home. By his bad luck, as soon as he steppes off the train platform and makes it out on the streets, he is attacked by something out of this world. He is saved by Aiji hunting down the creature, but because he saw everything, he is bought to Damian who proposes a cooperation. From then on, Isao lives with Aiji and Chino, trying to figure out how to stay out of trouble and wraping his mind around everything that is happening around him.
