    Isra is a star that fell to earth not long ago. He, as a star, was worshiped as a deity by a group of nomads who thought of him to have the form of a centaur and so that is the form he assumed with he fell.

    He speaks very rarely and quietly. He lives with a herd of horses in an elven wood with a few other centaurs who watch them.
