That mischievous face looks like he's sneering at you. "Ivata" means "to sneer" in Finnish, so Iva for short.

Iva is a demon / ghost cat with two tails. Poor baby.
His mom was bought to a family as a pet for the children to play with over the summer holidays. Summer ended, the cat got pregnant and was left alone at the summer house as the family returned home to the city. Iva and his siblings were born at the beginning of autumn. The cats somehow survived until the beginning of winter, living around the summer house. The dad of the family returned to the summer house to put down the cats and shot everyone except Iva who escaped. Just to die when the first snow and freezing temperatures came. This bitter kitten filled with anger towards humans turned into a demon / ghost.
Now Iva is stuck wandering around in the human realm, he's been here for a while, his attitude towards humans is a bit more mellow than it used to be.

Hates cold but loves snow (weird eh?). Loves fireplaces and warm, soft things. Loves laying in the winter sun, doesn't really care about summer.
