Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     I bought Taira directly from Luts when Luts still sold Cerberus Project Delfs. He was my first doll.
    Reason for choice:
    Taira is my oldest character along with Marcellus. I had noticed BJDs about a year earlier but hadn't done anything except admire them. THEN I found the Moon and I was DOOMED.
    Best Points:
    This is another one of those...everything about his face? I mean, Moon is one handsome sculpt.
    Worst Points:
    His one bum Delf knee that wants to curl underneath him constantly. That's about it though.

    This character was originally created as a side, side character for a role play I was in once upon a time. I did a lot of searching and then found the name Taira listed on a site. I liked the sound of it and went with it. Same with Izumi.

    Originally a courtier and omnyouji from 16th century Japan, Taira spent most of his mortal life communing with ghosts and the undead. Things were going reasonably well or according to plan when his twin was murdered by a wandering spirit. After that, Taira dedicated himself to finding a way to resurrect his brother.

    While he was successful in this task, it meant having to leave Japan under sticky circumstances.

    Taira's the no-nonsense twin, the one who sees that things are taken care of and the one you do not want to cross because if Akemi is more outwardly destructive, Taira never gives up on anything. Ever.
