Johnny is part of my Fallout fan storyline. The "Reverend" Crocker isn't really an ordained minister at all. He is actually an information broker. He has an equal-opportunity approach to buying and selling information from and to anyone, even opposite sides of a war. He lives in an underground complex made of subway tunnels and sewer lines, in what used to be the Bronx. This is also his base of operations, where his customers can find him when they are looking to buy or sell. But, Crocker likes to have control over every aspect of his business, so he also likes to go out and about to do his own reconnaissance and information gathering in addition to buying and selling. He dons a hood and cloak when he is outside his base, so that no one will recognize him - secrecy is of utmost importance to him. Most of the public knows him only as the Reverend - a nickname given to him by some local people when they started to recognize his cloak, and his cover prop; a sign reading "The end is nigh!" on one side and "Repent Now!" on the other.
While not hiding under his cloak, Crocker exudes an extreme sense of confidence. He is cheeky and defiant, and staunchly firm -sometimes aggressive and threatening- with business partners. He is also extremely self-assured in his physical prowess and looks, and is rather suave-and-debonair. He will flirt with any woman he can. Men too, if he thinks it will knock someone off their game. It works on some people, but most others want nothing to do with him other than their business.
Even with all his cockiness and self-assuredness, underneath it all, Crocker always feels alone.

((I love the idea of this guy - outwardly sure and on the top of his game, but internally uncertain; fated to be forever alone....but it's too sad!! XD Even my main bad guys are brothers and at least have each other. He'll probably end up with a girlfriend at some point. Or maybe boyfriend? Or at the very least maybe an old childhood friendship that is now strained but they still want to be friends?! And maybe he's starting to feel conflicted about not taking a side?? Who knows!....not me, I have too many ideas. :3))
