Kaiki is a water yokai although he looks more like an elf. He loves sweets and messing with people. He bonded with Emma after she found his lost water medallion necklace. Although sea is in his name and is his home, he is currently exploring mountain river and streams. He has a distaste for lakes and ponds because he doesn't get along with the type of yokai that usually inhabits them. He is unrefined and sassy to the point of rudeness but he has a good heart and a childlike excitement for life.
