I am Kaz's first owner, she was purchased via the Doll Choice option during the 2015 summer sale.

Reason for choice:

Sierra's sculpt is perfect for the idea I have for Kaz's character as a teen/young adult. She fits well with her adult form (Carved Heritage series Marien)

Best Points:

The sculpt can appear both young or mature depending on the the situation

Worst Points:

Kaz's body is a little tight in places and loose in others, so she may need to be restrung (if I ever get the courage to do it lol)

Name story:

Kaz is an OC of my own creation.

She had to have a name that could be beautiful, hence she was named for the constellation Cassiopeia, but her parents chose to spell it with a K instead of C. They shortened this to Kassie when she was a toddler and always refer to her as such.

When she later starts to change her personality (becoming who she always felt she was inside), she shortens her name again to Kaz as to try to become more androgynous

Kaz is an only child. She is a human of Italian descent, but she does not know much about her family history as she was adopted as a baby after her mother died of an overdose shortly after her birth. The only thing she knows about her biological mother is that she continued to use drugs throughout pregnancy, regardless of the consequence to her unborn child and the addiction from birth that would result.

No one had claimed Kaz after her mothers death so she was adopted by her parents, Goh and Kazuyuki (aka Yuki), a gay couple who dote on her. Goh tends to be overprotective of Kaz and a little neurotic, whilst Yuki is a more responsible and strict parent.

Kaz is at most times androgynous in appearance, often being mistaken as male. She prefers this, dressing more masculine as she hates unwanted advances from strangers, but she also uses this to help her friends out of 'undesirable' situations. Her best friend/crush Eve is from a cat/humanoid hybrid species and she has yet to meet his eight older siblings, despite knowing him since kindergarten. He is also a more feminine soul, a fact that helped Kaz open herself up to her now different outlook on life.
