Reason for choice:

I like his eye shape and face in general. Never thought I would actually own a Chalco ever. But then one day I thought why not check the MP. You know, just for fun... And welp there he was and I somehow scraped the money together and got him. xD He also seemed like a good choice for shelling a character of mine.
