Reason for choice:

Dream of Doll was the company that introduced me to BJDs. I've always loved their sculpts and fullsets. Kirill reminds me quite a bit of Ducan, who is one of my grail dolls.

Best Points:

Even loosely strung, he stands solidly with some work. Love his cute little hands and his smirky face.

Worst Points:

Single-jointed body which makes it hard for him to sit up straight without being propped up against something. Resin has yellowed due to age, which makes him look a beautiful ivory under certain light and a less pleasant butter yellow at different angles.

He is a dwarf adopted and raised by humans. He has an affnity for darkness and stones, crystals, and gemstones. He has a knack for finding semiprecious stones and valuable minerals. He is surly and has been bullied by other children due to his short stocky body and the fact that he was always digging into the ground. He was apprenticed to the village smith until his mother died and he left the village he grew up in.
