Reason for choice:

I am already in love with Volks in general, but since Oscar is one of those Iconic Shoujo Characters, I had to have her. She's everything I could want in terms of aesthetic.

Best Points:

The small bust is really cute! I'm so excited to have some variety in the SD16 world. But honestly, the best point about her is her face. Her profile is stunning, and she looks perfect from every angle.

Worst Points:

I still have a litany of Issues with WS dolls and I am terrified that I'll damage her somehow. Otherwise, her only bad point is probably that it takes a billion years to get her into her incredibly detailed costume, and the epaulettes are already my mortal enemy in human scale.

I don't have a lot of information yet! She's pretty much still in her default state, although I've removed her eyes to start trying sparkly eyes on.
