Reason for choice:

I was looking for a young-looking doll with peculiar features and just fell in love with that sculpt.

Best Points:

His body is very original, the removable parts are easy to put on and off, and his large feet make him very stable.

Worst Points:

He's a bit kicky and the fact that he can't wear shoes makes me worry constantly about his feet whenever I pose him.

Leven derives from "leo", the latin word for "lion". Leven is small, but very brave, and isn't afraid of facing new situations... nor bigger opponents.

Leven is a Gargoyle from Erebus, and he's the runt of his litter. While male Gargoyles grow up into big, burly creatures, Leven remained small and frail, so his mother, who did not deem him fit for survival, cast him away through a portal into the human world.

Leven had to adapt to his new environment. While he kept his taste for hunting and living in the wild, he adapted very well to human life, living off stolen goods and enjoying human clothes.

Like all Gargoyles, Leven is a nocturnal creature. He only comes out at dusk, and, during the day, he hides in dark places like caves, cellars or attics. If daylight touches him, he will turn into stone until the sun sets.

He is very curious and, upon first meeting you, he will probably just come to you and sniff at you. If he befriends you, he will be loyal and will defend you at the cost of his life if needed. He's hard to frighten, and the scars he bears come from battles against much bigger beasts.
