Reason for choice:

I was looking for my first BJD and couldn't afford much, and realized this tiny sculpt would work for Aster. Since he's my favorite original character, and I was intimidated by big doll sizes and prices at the time (and didn't know about layaway), I got this guy from Bobobie.

He's a spaz and super-cute.

Name story:

Aster originates from my original fiction short stories, and this BJD version of him ended up being decidedly more clueless, batty, and ditzy than I expected... and I wouldn't change a thing. He is my first-ever BJD, and he has also been shelled again (as a much more on-character DZ Hong) but this little guy is not going anywhere.
