He was won during Souldoll's 1+1 doll event, he only cost me $70 for shipping.

Reason for choice:

I thought he would make a great brother for my Souldoll Rye, but had no plans to actually purchase him. He was the best prize ever though, I nearly had a heart attack when I found out I had won.

Best Points:

Souldoll is a great company and their dolls are made with such quality. His body poses well and the sculpting is beautiful.

Worst Points:

Souldoll double heads are MSD sized for the most part so wigs and photographing with other dolls can be tricky.

London was born in London but raised in North America with his mother and father. His sister Charlotte was born four years after him. Their mother struggled with bipolar disorder and frequently caused family disputes. Due to his albinism he was home schooled and never made any friends besides his sister. At the age of nine, during a custody fight between his parents he was flung into the street and run over by a passing car. His lower body took most of the damage and he spent many years afterwards getting surgical repairs. Due to his crushed pelvis he wasn't able to walk anymore and was confined to a wheelchair. He refused to have anything to do with his mother and was looked after by his father. He became quiet and bitter, devoting all of his time to reading and music. He obsessed with all things French in particular. At the age of twenty-one he underwent another surgical procedure that would repair some of his structure and make it possible for him to walk again (after a lot of physical therapy). He journeyed to France for the first time and despite being attracted to men had an affair with an artist named Joetta, who later had his child Cosette. London remained in America though and flew to France often to see his daughter as she grew. He also remained friends with Joetta. He became a published writer and made friends with his editor Nina. Later he was introduced to Charlotte's boyfriend River and their roommate Sylas. After suffering from an on going drug addiction (painkillers) he finally got clean with the help of his family but most importantly his new found friendship in Sylas. Later he confessed his love for Sylas and they became a couple. He also is in the process of repairing the relationship between him and his mother. London is on the outside a very serious and standoffish person, a very hard man to get along with. At his core though he has a very positive and self empowered look on life. He does not express himself well but is willing to make changes for those he is close to. Like his mother he also copes with bipolar disorder. He cares very little for what others think about his appearance or his homosexual lifestyle. He has a small group of friends but most other people he considers a waste of his time.
