Provenance:

My girlfriend got him second hand in a lotto years ago, some doll group raffle or something. She gifted me his head one year for face-up practice, then surprised me a year later with his body.

Reason for choice:

He was a gift. Originally for face-up practice but I myself never got around to re-doing his face-up and somehow he became my doll, my goof.

currently he's wearing a bit of a punk-ish outfit.

Lotto is a bit of a goof. He wasn't supposed to be a goof, but his personality somehow became one. His character is a 'college student' and is studying drama. That way I have an excuse to put him in various outfits and styles as 'theater costumes' XD
