Reason for choice:

The Aurora sculpt just had the exact perfect face shape for his character, even though the nose was wrong (which I modded) - the body is just short but toned enough, and next to my 70cm dolls he gives off just the right impression of "shortie"

Best Points:

His super detailed lips, killer cheekbones and jawline

Worst Points:

The resin - it's too smooth and plastic-like. Also his elbows tend to either want to stay constantly at a 90° angle or stick straight down like chopsticks, no inbetween.

I just liked the name Luke and since the character's name is Leon I thought another name that started with L would fit.

Luke had a pretty difficult childhood. He lived his early years with his mother and her boyfriend, but neither of them were prepared to be parents - and when the burden became too much they just up and left him on his own, took him out and told him to wait only to never come back.
He was found by the police and taken into an orphanage, but due to his rowdiness and all-around uncute personality, face and mannerisms he was never taken in.
In his teen years he realized no one was going to adopt him, so he started sneaking out more and more frequently, until one day he just plain out ran away. But with no friends, no family, and no outstanding talents, there wasn't anywhere else for him to go, and he just remained roaming the streets, living off of playing the guitar on the sidewalk.

But his luck turned around when, many years later, he was discovered by Randall, who was looking for people to play in his band. Randall took an immediate shine to him, his guitar playing, and his rough and raspy singing voice, soon having him become the second vocalist and main guitarist.

He's loud, rough around the edges, grumpy and flighty. He loves to tussle, and will take any opportunity to start a fistfight - and he wears his bruises like badges of honor.
Thanks to the friends he made since he met Randall, though, he has become much softer, took an interest in makeup, fashion and self expression - and has proclaimed himself the band's official makeup artist and stylist.
