Distant Memory
Head Sculpt:
peach yellow
Dollzone B60-005
  • Face-up artist(s):
    Body blushing artist(s):
    Date of acquisition:
    South Korea
    Reason for choice:
    I never wanted a Sunho until my friend had one. When I saw him in real life I felt a connection I did not expect. A lucky accident made me have a DM Sunho faster than I thought.
    Best Points:
    It's a beautiful, delicate head sculpt and the dollzone body makes it even more precious, because it's so small.
    Worst Points:
    The body sits not that well, but compared to others it's still acceptable
    I bought Luna from the same person that sold me Distant Memory Jaeii. I don't know why, but this person is magical. Just like the other doll that she sold me, I feel a magical, intense relationship with this doll.
    When I re-did his face-up I was so pressured. I wasn't sure if I had done a good job until I put on his wig.
    Then I had tears in my eyes. I was so happy. I couldn't believe what a dimension of beauty was looking back at me.
    He turned out to look very feminine and I thought... okay... you want to be a girl. I appreciate it. I didn't expect it, but it inspires me, it opens new doors, let's do it!

    Favourite colours:
    silver, white, bright blue, rose
    Fashion style(s):
    fantasy, romantic, feminine
    (In contrast to many people wanting Distant Memory Sunho, I don't want to make a Jimin/BTS concept. I never liked the Jimin blushings, especially because of he always seems to look so 'tired' or even 'evil'. The first thing to get rid of the 'tired' look was to draw him a double eyelid...)

    I have a Frozen concept in mind.
    Or something like Kris Wu in L.O.R.D.
    Silver, icy...
    I also bought a few sweet female clothes.
  • Name story:
    "Luna" comes from "lunatic", it's connected to the moon, to a 'cold' color concept.
    Character age:
    Character gender:
    Offsite roleplay:
    This doll's character is not available for offsite roleplay.
    Luna is a fictional character from a 'novel' I once though about...

    His story is in fact very sad:
    He grew up in an middle-age kingdom as the only son of a king, who wants to make him the heir of his kingdom. Luna's secret is obvious: ever since he was very small he has identified as female.
    His mother helped raising him as her 'daughter', while the king was absent for a long time in war.
    Luna was known as one of the fairest princesses around, with many men fancying him as their ideal bride.
    When the king came back he became so angry, he revealed Luna's 'true identity' in front of the kingdom.
    Luna was sent to prison, forced to cut off his hair and live like a boy... until one of his admirers rescues him.
  • I haven't taken many good shots yet, since I only have him for a few days.
