1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Mabel Lee

Head Sculpt:
Kid Delf
  • Face-up artist(s):
    Date of acquisition:
    Reason for choice:
    The first BJD I saw that got me in the hobby about 10 years ago. Not a "grail doll" per say but, one that holds lots of sentimental value.
    Best Points:
    She's so pretty (LOL)
    Worst Points:
    A bit kicky.
    Mabel Lee is an ethereal Fairy-like Mori girl. Soft spoken, gentle, and kind. Mabel is the epitome of a mini Mother, she's been Rika's unofficial guardian since she arrived. Not much is known about her past, all she has said she comes from a large family and lived in a house in the woods. Rika and Himawari are CERTAIN Mabel may be a Fairy Princess due to her uncanny ability to make everyone feel better and her way with animals. Mabel is very "Earthy" and is very crafty, she is always knitting things for the others or painting. Mabel also has a very soothing singing voice and knows all kinds of songs and lullabies which are in great demand from Himawari and Rika at bedtime. She loves soft and flowy dresses in soft creams and pastels with soft lace-y trims and knitted things. All my other Resin Folk can never stay mad or upset if she's around. She can be a bit air-headed at times due to her innocence and is very naive even though she is already 22 years old. She does have her moments of great wisdom though. She loves MLP and cooking/baking. She is a huge tea lover and has quite a collection.
  • Eyes:
    soft blue

    Fashion style(s):
    Mori-Kei and sometimes a mix of Traditional Lolita (using faded pastel coords)

    Pearl necklace made by Fango DeMaria
    Very modest. Lots of cotton and linen. Loose sheath dresses that are at the knee or lower, or long flowy skirts with simple prints and soft lace accents.
  • Name story:
    The only one of my Resin Folk to keep her mold name. It suited her perfectly.
