Reason for choice:

I already had Qinzhe, and since Meng He is part of Qinzhe's story, I just had to get him next.

Best Points:

His stern and brooding face, and his beautifully sculpted hands. Nobody makes 'em quite like Ringdoll.

Worst Points:

Despite being on the same body, he is strung rather looser than Qinzhe, and thus he's prone to crumpling.

I don't see my Meng He as being a different character from the company sculpt, because I like their story so much. He is an army officer from Old China, and like his childhood friend Qinzhe comes from a prominent family. For most of his childhood Meng He was deeply jealous of Qinzhe, and eventually this jealousy festered into a dark desire to destroy everything Qinzhe had. So he orchestrated the deaths of all of Qinzhe's family, and Qinzhe left, dreaming of revenge. Meng He was satisfied with what he'd achieved...or so he thought.

Personality-wise, Meng He presents a stoic, stern, and dispassionate face to the world. He rose quickly in the ranks in the army and is known for being an efficient but brusque officer. However, inside he's a wreck. He's always had a bitter, cruel, and somewhat twisted personality, which contributed to his jealousy to the young Qinzhe, and when he meets Qinzhe again and they start growing closer again, he becomes wracked by new feelings of self-hatred and regret and misery. And an attraction he tries his hardest to deny....
