the idea for Mildreds character first started when I was 14 and had a redhaired necromancer in the first Guild Wars MMO. I kept the concept of the character for years until Soo was released and I loved how she resembled my old game character.

Mildred is an undead necromancer and has been around for about 600-800 years. Despite making use of dark magic, she is an inherently positive and caring person who refuses to buckle under to the existential melancholy which often plagues other undead.
She was originally from Ireland in the middle ages, but in the present 21th century she lives in England with her best friend Elizabeth, whom she brought back from a fatal accident in the late 19th century.
