Reason for choice:

I had just dealt with a flaky seller for another Mystic Kids sculpt, and after that sale fell through I needed cheering up. This sweet girl was in-stock, so I purchased her to ease my disappointment. For awhile she was difficult for me to look at because she reminded me of the sculpt I missed out on owning, but once I started customizing her she worked her way into my heart. Now I wouldn't trade her for any other doll. ♥

Best Points:

I love how tall she is compared to the other gals in my crew.

Worst Points:

Her resin is pinker than my other NS-Pink dolls. Doesn't distract or take away from her beauty, but I definitely noticed the variation upon her arrival.

Missy happily displays the first face-up I ever painted on one of my own dolls.

Missy is a recent college grad who left behind cornfields and storm chasing for a shot at the fame Manhattan offers only a lucky few. At first, she's overwhelmed learning the city's savoir-faire---not to mention the handbillers on every corner---but within weeks she finds herself arguing with Felix over whether Party of Five or 90210 is more worthy of being dubbed "all that and a bag of chips."

Beyond Missy's capriciousness, there is a part of her that refuses to grow up, preferring to view her childhood through rose-tinted glasses rather than the brittle, uncertain lenses of reality.
