Reason for choice:

Morticia is my little travel companion, and she was chosen for her teeny-tiny size and adorable cuteness. She travels safely in a tiny wooden coffin box that fits easily into any bag I might be carrying.

Best Points:

Tiny size, amazing face-up, wonderfully engineered body, and utter cuteness!

Worst Points:

Very hard to sew for due to her size, but worth all the hard work in the end.

She lives in the forest so she loves rustic-looking batics and tie dyes. Her tiny "picture dresses" also have plenty of fairytale-like details which you wouldn't necessarily expect for a vampire...but she's also a fairy after all. My goal was for her to look like a walking illustration from a children's fairytale book.

Name story:

She is a vampire after all, so I wanted her to have a spooky name to fit her Halloween theme. I chose Morticia after my favorite Addams family character, and Hallows because it’s reminiscent of Halloween. Her character is so huge (in spite of her tiny size) that she demands a full name!

Morticia Hallows is a Halloween fairy with a sweet but spooky edge. If you don't believe in Halloween frights or don't give out treats to the kiddies on the appropriate night, she will come out of the forest to hunt you down and bite you on the neck to instill the appropriate Halloween spirit!
