Not attractive enough in both genders, with their dark skin and "PUFFY OR BAGGED" eyes (of the Filipino sense, in this society, puffy/bagged is not the terminology I would use because of doa restrictions), but Naiya stopped giving a.f. and started flaunting the (bad) words people have given her in front of their faces. (Her/his sexuality and gender fluidness)
