Reason for choice:

The body was slender and delicate looking while still being definitely masculine and was short like my little bub should be. The body was also available in the milk chocolate skin tone I needed for him and it's a gorgeous chocolate tone.
The Luv head was adorable and sweet looking and so matched the character perfectly and was a head I'd always wanted but had no idea what to do with it, so never bought one. But then it hit me, it would be wonderful for my second attempt to shell Neo. (He was previously a ResinSoul Dan head which I adore and am keeping but wanted to update my collection a little since I prefer more realistic dolls now a days.)

Best Points:

Beautiful colour and perfectly smooth resin. The body itself has a lovely shape and aesthetic and the legs are wonderfully made and attractive. Overall he poses really nicely and his double jointed arms are wonderful for holding poses.

Worst Points:

His arm joints can make it a little hard to pose occasionally as they are sort of half way between single and double jointed.

Name story:

There used to be this site called World of Ai and I chose to generate a random ai, it came up with colours that vaguely reminded me of Neapolitan Ice Cream, I tweaked them a little to make it match the ice cream colours better and after that since he resembled it so well, there was absolutely no other name that fit except for Neapolitan, he prefers to go by Neo (chose Neo for his nickname since until I actually looked it up, I always thought that it was spelt Neopolitan so it just kind of stuck.)

This character is a doll based on one of my oldest OC's and my first ever RP character, he is NOT available for roleplay with or by anyone. EVER.

Neapolitan ???? aka Neo. (His last name is being reworked so for now he doesn't have one.)

Personality:
Sweet, shy, nervous and almost ridiculously naive. Neo has no idea how the world works, how HE works or basically anything else due to his rather terrible upbringing, loving and gentle nature and his general softness.

Backstory:
Neo was both blessed and cursed upon his birth. His mother, loved him dearly and showered him with love and affection, his father however was disgusted that rather than his vibrant red hair, his first born son had been born with pastel pink. He was offended by the very sight of Neo and refused to have anything to do with him. His mother, trying to please and placate her husband, soon became mother to a second son, Niiro, who was everything Neo was supposed and failed to be. Unfortunately she did not survive the birth of their second son and the unwanted baby that was Neo, was pawned off to his cousin to take care of.

Neo's much older cousin, who shared his pastel pink hair colouring was as wonderful a mother to him as she could be. She fed him, batched him, sang and read to him and gave him any and all cuddles the young child could possibly want. She adored him completely. Neo's father unfortunately disliked her 'babying and coddling him' and at the age of five took over care of his first born son, dismissing Neo's only true mother figure and replacing her with cruelty, ignorance,and general neglect. He didn't want him to have nice things, including the love of his younger brother, who had grown up idolising the loving older brother who tried to help take care of him any chance he got. So he set about changing the younger sibling, teaching and rewarding him for making Neo cry or hurting him.

As they grew older, Niiro's attacks were no longer fueled by their father and became ever more vicious and terrifying. He grew to despise Neo for being so soft, for not liking sports, for his supposed gender preference and many other things besides. Neo however, still cared for his brother and was deeply devastated by both his fathers and his brother's twisted attacks.

At the age of 17, the animosity and pain became too much and Neo ran away. Without a friend in the world, hardly any clothes on his back and exactly zero possessions to his name, the young male slept rough, in any building or remotely warm corner he could find. Eventually, after quite some time and some very dangerous situations, he was found wandering along a main street by a dark and scary looking male who grabbed him and told him to play along and pretend to be his friend. Scared and alone, Neo did his best to convince the other males father's assistant Kyra, who was following them that he was in fact friends with the pierced male strolling along beside him.

He made a few errors but thankfully managed to convince her that the other male had in fact managed to secure himself a friendship for perhaps the first time ever! As a reward, said male treated him to an ice cream, (Neapolitan flavoured of course,) and served with only aa mild amount of snickering from the older male who insisted on paying for it and Neo was too frightened to say no.

It quickly turned out however, that despite having a face that looked like he wanted to commit a homicide, the other male, Heiss as it turned out was rather sweet and caring and upon figuring out he had no where to go, offered the ice cream coloured male his sofa to sleep on for the night. That one night turned into a permanent offering of a place to stay and a friendship. Neo was ecstatic and Heiss was determined to hold onto him at all costs, because as he told Neo, he wasn't going to let anyone take anything away from him ever again. Including his rich and overbearing father.

That friendship eventually evolved into feelings Neo had never experienced for anyone before and became love. Neo is determined to hold onto the one person who has adored him and so far never left him or let him down. Heiss, for his part, is determined to love and protect Neo in the way he deserves. And with the help of a rather bitey but sweet, if a little crazy reptilian type pet named Risi and a bright, spunky girl named Sadie who insists on being both Neo AND Heiss' friend despite the dark haired male wishing it not to be so, he will do this at any and all costs. Because Neo deserves someone to love him truly and completely for all eternity and Neo is utterly enamoured with Heiss and the life together that they are slowly building.
