I've always wanted Caroline and Debbie on the conjoined twin body, but since they stopped making the twin body I got them as separate dolls on the K-05 bodies instead

Best Points:

Her facial expression, all of the extra joints on the K-05 body, the fact that she can wear Evangeline Ghastly clothes and shoes

The extra joints make it difficult for her to stand
