Lieselotte, like Luna, is one of those ultimate grails. I've always wanted her. Always. I loved her the moment that I saw her. She popped up on the marketplace and the price was right and I just did it, with my whole house screaming at me that I had to. So, I did.

I think I've run the gambit with characters and this doll, but I keep returning to this pale-haired and red-eyed girl. I have a lot of blondes. I'm just... gonna admit it: I have 17 dolls. 2 of them have dark hair, 2 of them are redheads, and the rest are some varying shade of blonde or white hair. I have a problem. I'm aware of it. I just really like blondes.

Name story:

Oriana is actually the name of the Princess from Felix the Cat Movie from my childhood. It's pretty and so I chose it for my main character.

Oriana is part of a novel that I'm currently working on about a world called Aldaria. Aldaria has a lot of issues, their main one being that all of their gods are evil, and the second one being that almost literally no one knows about it. The only ones that really do know about it, aren't in anyway interested in changing it. The Sovereign is immortal. Once they become old enough, or "too old", they find someone they feel fits their aesthetic (gender, class, and culture are completely irrelevant), and in a massive ritual, swap their soul with the younger body. The old body now the home of the younger soul that is dying in it. The person is then dumped out into the city to die whenever the body gives out, raving, ranting, and crying about how the "King/Queen stole their body!"

Oriana is, effectively, the Sovereign's "Chosen One". She was Chosen to be their new vessel. She is also part of an ancient prophecy that involves her family lineage and involves both her and her elder brother, Ruvain. Due to Luka appearing in the right place, at the right time, the Sovereign could not complete the ritual to transfer their soul and Oriana escaped. Instead, the Soveriegn chose her brother. However, now the Sovereign has a problem: someone, two someones now are aware of the ritual that happens every few decades and they could use that to spurn on the rebellion that has been going on inside the capital city for several years.

The story is still in the plotting stages.
