Likes: His toy swords, his little sister Ty'ree and her friend Ashirion, pretending to be a superhero and day-dreaming about a chibi version of Lady Grey. XD

Dislikes: Not being able to fly yet, anything that tries to scare his sister, and having an early bed-time.

Backstory: Pally (Pronounced "Paulie") is a chibi resin version of Palrah, my favorite City of Heroes tanker character. Originally native to the mysterious Shadow Shard, Pally and the other Elysion currently reside in Paragon City.
